Hi, I’m Natalie Dams, the founder of Natalie Dams Beauty and now the Natalie Dams Beauty Academy. My beauty journey began in 2011, and over the past decade, I’ve honed my craft, embraced new trends, and achieved a wealth of qualifications, including NVQ Levels 2 to 5 and a foundation degree in Beauty and Spa Management.
The salon has always been my sanctuary - a space where I can channel my creativity and passion while offering clients treatments that make them feel amazing. From perfecting bespoke services like The NDB Ultimate Brow to mastering the art of lash lifts, every treatment I provide is designed to be as unique as the clients who trust me with their beauty.
I believe that beauty is not just about aesthetics but also about creating confidence and a sense of empowerment. It’s this belief that has shaped my approach to training and education.

I created the academy to change the narrative—to provide beauty professionals with the confidence and skills they need to excel.
